Set against the stunning backdrop of Alaska’s natural beauty, this trip focuses on the finer things in life — mouthwatering chocolate and exquisite wine! We visit the artisans at a local chocolatier before moving on to our friends at a charming local Anchorage winery.
This tasting journey is perfect for groups of all kinds, including bridal parties, bachelorette parties, wedding parties, girls’ nights out, and date nights. The Chocolate & Wine Tasting experience starts in downtown Anchorage. After meeting at The Kobuk (504 W 5th Ave), we will transport you to the local artisanal chocolatier. Using local flavors and ingredients, these skilled chocolatiers have added world-class chocolate to Alaska’s renowned culinary scene! Prepare your tastebuds for a sample of three unique pieces that showcase our state’s rich flavors and craftsmanship.
Next, we’ll make the short drive to a celebrated local winery for an exclusive wine-tasting experience. This is another local enterprise fuelled by true passion — this time for outstanding wine. Choose between three or six wine samples, which can be meticulously paired with your Chugach chocolates to create a symphony of flavors.
